Seattle Town Hall. I recently attended a lecture by Nicholas D. Kristof , a two-time Pulitzer Prize winning journalist, on how next focus on the global development platform should be women. His book Half the Sky just came out as well. Women, collectively, have been killed in greater numbers than men, wars, genocide, violence, famine, and sickness, since time immemorial.
